Our attorneys also represent banks and other lending institutions in the formation of bank subsidiaries, including captive Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and captive insurance companies. When necessary, our banking practice attorneys also represent lenders in connection with the enforcement of lender rights following a borrower default.
